Theavatarwasbuiltasafullyinteractive3Dcharacterrunninginthebrowser.Three.js,React,andreact-three-fiberformedthefoundationforaresponsivereal-timeenvironment,whileadetailedGLTFmodelensuredefficientloadingandhigh-qualityrendering.FacialexpressionswereanimatedthroughAppleARKit-compatiblemorphtargets,givingJamesacombinationofgestures,expressions,andmovementsinnaturalandexpressiveways.Audioinputswereprocessedandtranslatedintoaccuratelipmovements,allowingJamestospeak,react,andguidetheaudiencewithconvincingtimingandpersonality.
